To Enter, Clear, or Change names on Toshiba DKT telephones.

1. Press [INTERCOM] + #621. the display will read USER NAME? and the current name will be displayed on the bottom line of the LCD.
2. Enter the new name using the numeric keypad on your telephone. Remember that the 0 key will switch between the letters represented by the digit; for example to program the letter a, press the number 2, for the letter b press 2+0, for c press 2+0+0.
3. You have up to 16 character spaces in the display field.
4. When the name is updated, press SPKR

** If you want to erase the name, use the numeric 1 key to create blanks**
