The new Repair Pricing we just put up is pretty fantastic! All Phones (except the Nortel 3000 Series and the Avaya MLX20L) are now only $39.99 to repair! That’s huge savings, especially on display phones. I sent out a notice to customers on our email list, and I’ve also updated the Repair Pricing pages.

Warranty
All repaired products are warranted for 12 months from date of shipment from our facility.
Equipment received missing major parts such as end caps; handsets, bases etc. will be repaired and returned as received. If you require replacement of missing parts, please let us know on the Packing Slip.
