Refund Policy
Comtech offers returns on items purchased from the web. All returns must be received at Comtech within 14 days of the date of the invoice. Returns must be in the original condition, unopened and unused.

All sales of software licenses are final and not eligible for a refund. A Return Authorization number is required for all returns.  All returns will have a 20% restocking fee applied.


Refunds will be charged back to the credit card used on the order within 3-5 business days of receipt of the product.  All products must be returned in their original condition for the refund to be charged back.


Restocking Fee
A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all returns for refund. Shipping charges are non-refundable. No refunds after 14 days from the date of invoice.


Replacement Policy
Advance Replacement: In the event you have received a defective product Comtech will advance replace the product within the first 30 days from date of invoice. The defective product needs to be returned to Comtech with 10 days.  All products not received within 10 days will be charged to your credit card. A Return Authorization is required for all returns.


Standard Replacement: Comtech offers a 2 year warranty on most products and will ship out a replacement upon receipt of the defective product.  Replacements are shipped out usually within 48 hours of receipt. 


Return Policy and Procedure

Comtech offers customers a 14-day window to return items and get a refund.  All returns must follow our Return Policy procedure or a refund will not be assessed. Any returns that do not have a Return Authorization number will not be accepted.

  • To return a product, please obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within the guaranteed period of time as described above. Please contact Comtech to obtain a RMA number. You will require your invoice and date of purchase. RMA numbers are only valid for 14 days.
  • Customer is solely responsible for all shipping charges on returns. The RMA number should be prominently displayed on the outside of the shipping box.
  • Customer agrees to bear all shipping and insurance charges and all risk of loss for the return product.
  • All returned products will be 100% complete and will include all the original packing material, manuals, blank warranty cards and all the accessories provided by the manufacturer. Components missing result in a breach of Comtech’s Return Procedure.
  • Comtech will not refund the customer the original shipping charges and will assess a 20% restocking fee on all returns refunded.
