All Nortel voicemail is always available for immediate shipment at Comtech.  All Nortel Telephone Systems and Phones are available Brand New or Fully Refurbished.  Used Phones become fully refurbished phones only after going through a grueling technical process of testing and upgrading and then they are brought back to like new condition cosmetically. And please remember, all Comtech Phone Systems and Phones have a 24 month warranty.
