Comtech Phones warrants that all equipment shipped under this agreement are in good working order. Comtech shall repair or replace defective Products during such thirty - (30) day period without additional charge to the Buyer. Unless otherwise specified Comtech shall have no obligation to provide any technical support or other services with respect to any products. This warranty will be extended to the Original Purchaser only. This warranty does not apply to installation of product nor its compatibility with peripheral devices that are connected to the products.

COMTECH IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGE OR LOSS INCURRED BY THE BUYER. ALL ITEM'S WARRANTY WILL BE RENDERED VOID FOR ANY OF THE FOLLOWING REASONS:

1. Warranty has expired.

2. Removal of serial numbers or warranty sticker.

3. Mishandling or abuse cause physical damage to the product.

4. Acts of nature such as lightning or water damage.
